The work is located at Häggatorp estate and Nilsmårtensgården, Södra Lundby, in one or more workshops including bakery, park, vegetable cultivation, food processing, and household work. In our workshops, staff work side by side with the residents. Camphill Häggatorp practices co-living, following the practice established within the Camphill movement since the early 1940s, which means that as a staff member, you live permanently on-site together with users and other staff members.

Two vacant positions as social therapists are available for immediate start.

Camphill Häggatorp is an anthroposophical initiative within LSS where housing and daily activities are based on the formation of individual development by creating a social foundation, known as reverse integration. This means that staff members live permanently in the same buildings as the residents and perform the same work in the workshops. The ambition is to make the difference between residents and staff as small as possible in daily life. The foundational idea for this work and living structure was initiated by physician Karl König in 1939 based on Rudolf Steiner's anthroposophical view of humanity. The person we are looking for does not need to have education in care and support but should have a strong interest in participating in the educational opportunities available within the framework of the organization.
